Nice one Andy, I picked up one of these recently too - the day/date version - they are a big ol' lumps aren't they - they're fantastic !! I think it's a shame that they somewhat sit in the shadow of the Pasadena/Montreal versions, as I think these are more cool - more military-esk, being big, solid & no fancy names ;0)
Interestingly, one thing I've noticed (which is probably old news to the experts) is that the date only versions have a red hand on the hour counter (botton sub-dial), whereas the day/date version is all white hands on the sub dials!
Anyway, Andy, I've fired off an email to you - just want to check something with my watch.
