1000 Professional

I am very disappointed with Tag Heuer.

I have owned my 1000 Professional for over 20 years, and was eager to have it serviced by TH for the 3rd time.

As many of you would already know, Tag Heuer no longer has parts support for this model. Hence I was told, my watch can be fitted with a replacement battery, but no gaskets are available for water resistance.
So, if I pay the $50 battery fee, I can wear my old watch out to dinner if there is no threat of rain.
If in the future, if it should need anything else, so sorry.
I would have thought a company like Tag Heuer would take more pride in it's products.
I guess my old 1000 has run it's course.

I won't be shopping Tag Heuer for a replacement watch.
