I agree with m. barn, the hands are wrong, but it's in a beautiful condition, I do love this white dialled version.
As you can see, it's one of a small selection of 'French' made Heuers.
Luckily, there seems to be lots of parts for this model floating around, so you may be able to pic up some hands if you hunt around.
As for value - that's very subjective.. and any value given will probably be contested by others, but I'd say that you'd be looking at $800-$1200 with correct hands. This may be deemed way off, see what others say.
