Would a "Reputable" Dealer Offer this Oversized Fake

We are accustomed to seeing these sold by the crooks on eBay, but it's unusual / unprecedented to see one being offered by a reputable dealer --

http://www.bachmann-scher.de/web/en/uhren/index.htm?dosearch=1&MODEL=heuer&SORTORDER=5&showid=1633681

So how do you like this description of the watch:

This is a very beautiful and fine made Heuer Mono Pusher Chronograph. The case was mode decades later than the movement, that originally came out from a Heuer Pocket watch -Marriage! Still this watch has a great look and the case has a well fitted screw down back.
Of course, Heuer never made this watch, or anything resembling this watch, but the fakes have been coming out of the Czech Republic and Poland for a long time now. I can't recall seeing a dealer offer one, or at least not any reputable dealer. There is no reason to believe that any part of this watch came from a Heuer watch: refinished dial; hands not from a Heuer; movement, with fake Heuer marking, probably not from Heuer; modern-day case.

For those who may not know the story of these oversized fakes, it is an old story, that we told at OnTheDash and in International Watch magazine a few years ago -- http://www.onthedash.com/Guide/_Chronographs/zz.Oversized_Chronographs/ These watches were coming out of The Czech Republic and Poland for under $1,000, and being sold on eBay in the $3,000 range . . . often with the story that this was a cache discovered from the Fangio era.

Should a reputable dealer offer a watch like this?
