Yes, it is possible.
It's a piggy back movement Heuer called Caliber 185.
An ESA 555.232 quartz movement base and a Dubois Depraz mechanical chronograph module put together.
A Hybrid chronograph movement.
I have seen some with 25 jewels and others with 26.
