My first Heuer was exactly like that one. I bought it in 2003, when I did not know anything about Heuer and was searching on the bay for a good looking vintage sport watch. I needed to park some money I was given as a gift upon completion of my graduate school, before the money got blown into too many celebrations. That watch got me hooked to this beautiful journey. In fact, I soon discovered that there was a white twin, which joined the family in few months, and then few cousins like Monacos, Carreras, more Autavias, etc....
After years of collecting Heuer, I still feel an incredible fascination toward that model, which is currently having a full treatment in the most prestigious Belgian spa. In my eyes, remains one the most successful and elegant model ever produced by our beloved Casa Madre. Wear it in good health and I am sure that you are going to go back to that timepiece from time to time and never get tired of it.
Cheers,
Francesco
: Well yes. It is another. Just off the Fed Ex truck after it's trip
: across the pond. This lady is looking pretty good. Perhaps in
: the past she spent a little too much time under the polishing
: wheel. But I hope a few weeks spent at the PASSION66 beauty
: parlor for a 'facial and manicure' she will be looking even
: better.
: So, for a few weeks I will enjoy her radiant beauty and then back
: across the pond she goes for a mild make-over.
