Berlin's not the best city in Germany for finding watches, but my city report might give you a few tips:

I'll dig up my notes on a couple of dealers that might be worth a look in and add them too. I think I sent some recommendations to Jeff when he was visiting it too, so I'll hunt for those.
If you like Japanese food at all, I'd also recommend a visit to Kushinoya:

Pretty unique food for a Japanese restaurant outside Japan (they have three branches, Kobe, Ginza-Tokyo and oddly Berlin) but I was a regular and liked it a lot - there were times when I was the only non-Japanese in there, and that's always a good recommendation.
