Great collection you have there Brook, glad to have been of some little help in putting it together.
Two suggestions occur to me right off the bat looking at what you have. The two-register watches all look like 45s, so maybe a 30 with the Tachy scale for something that looks a bit different. Or, even though you have a 45 Dato, how about one of the earlier 3147s with the date window at 12? It's a better balanced dial for me than the later one with date at 9.
And I have a third suggestion, but it's a bit of a Carrera insider's model that I keep an eye out for myself too, so I'll share that one by email to save letting everyone in on the secret and introducing too much competition!
