Could be, but that stamping looks to me more like "7755", with the last 5 at a really wonky angle (and the one before not much better). Of course, even if it did say 7755, you still have the time disparity of some 14 years between the Heuer-Leonidas merger and the movement appearing, if that is what the reference indeed refers to.
