I have always find that if you make a connection with someone they tend to do a better service for you...
My watch guy works in the small town next to our refinery, they are a Rado/Tissot stockist and he has done work on my Omega's & Heuers in fact last night he opened up my two new mid size heuers to verify the authenticity....and what did he ask for in return....nothing....no charge so I gave him $5 for his time....
