Hi, we don't know really, the pvd was produced at the end of the Monaco production. Why ? Simply because there were some leftover cases unfinished, the former UK repair head had not seen any, same for the US if I remember correctly Jeff ? The wach was never officially sold, it was more of a test drive. Most are in early patches all quite close numbers, the paint did not last well, hence never really sold, more German market orientated. Numbers finely engraved and some distinctive features to dial and cases.
Similar to the Rolex Daytona Paul Newmann more and more appear ;-))
