Jeff, I think you're being too generous. How can a professional auction house rely on an informed member of the public to tell them what's going on with their stock. What does that imply for the sale of other watches where there isn't an informed community like this one to help them out?
And, with due respect to you, we're not talking about a piece of super-investigation here...the movement says Brietling. The dial says Heuer. That should be a clue.
At least with eBay you walk in knowing that you have to be careful....
