And what's the likelihood?! A poster over on Vetroplastica just posted some pics of his up/down Heuer too.
You'll notice the bridge looks like the Baylor example I posted above, which is different to the engraving on your example Stepan:
And the face has the Heuer shield where I am more familiar with it on this configuration:
