It looks like the old Breitling Chrono-Matic or the really early Top-Times not sure but I have seen the case on a 60's breitling.
Much like the one in the photo. This one looks thinner but is the same thickness the silver part of the bezel is metal but gives the illusion that it is part of the crystal.
I always heard that the autavia and the Chrono-Matic were cousins as well as some weird Omega. Any truth to that rumor? Can't recall where I saw it but I know I did. Some joint project or the other.
