Re: Heuer Display
In Response To: Heuer Display *PIC* ()

Hello Lorenzo,

I cannot say anything concerning the plastic display, but I think it
stands on a slot racing track. Is this true?
Every week I drive my Peugeot 908 (a Peugeot 908 was sponsored
by TAGHeuer for the 24 h of LeMans) on such a track. Sometimes I
have to drive a car at full speed.... The 908 was made for 12 Volts.
I give it 14 Volts. Then it smiles and wins nearly every race.

Greetings
Werner Boeinck

: I recently bought a plastic display and a Heuer dealer stand. The
: seller got these stuff in a lot from an old Heuer dealer. The
: seller told that the old dealer sweared that the red display
: came from Heuer. It hasn't any markings or codes on it, the
: front has a recessed space for a large sticker that (I suppose)
: was never attached.
: Have You ever seen one? Would also be interesting to see other
: vintage displays pictures.
: Thanks!
