I sent the email and today got a response from Ms. Shazia Jamal confirming my screen name.
I had to go back to the Haslinger page on the the Bonhams site and after clicking on online bid
I can now access a screen from which I can watch the auction live and of course bid.
VERY HAPPY about this turn of events.
