I thought I would post some pics of this one as received and also a pic of the movement. I have only seen one other with this dial several years ago so I don't think its a fake - the dial looks too old and original. Also the dial hour markers are typical Heuer of the period and the hands are Heuer. I don't have a pic of the inside of the case but I could look again sometime:
