Yes, one of the biggest surprises of the whole auction, we were smiling at that one! I grabbed Arno quickly afterwards to ask about it - apparently the Jacky Ickx autograph with it was contemporary with the watch when new. Decide for yourselves how much of the £3800 hammer price was down to the watch and how much to the autograph. Lots of much nicer watches went for less but each to their own, I guess.
