It is my understanding that all the manual-wind Carreras from the 1960s -- for example, 2447 and 3647 -- came from the factory with smooth pushers. Heuer then produced some fluted pushers (reference "P4") for aftersales service on these Carreras. So any fluted pushers on 2447 or 3647 would be "service" parts, produced by Heuer, but not used on the watch as it originally left the factory.
Of course, the V72 Camaros and Autavias of that era also had fluted pushers, but they would not fit the Carreras . . . different sized threads, etc.
