Jeff I dont think so have a look at the watch below you show onthedash !!
: It is my understanding that all the manual-wind Carreras from
: the 1960s -- for example, 2447 and 3647 -- came from the factory
: with smooth pushers. Heuer then produced some fluted pushers
: (reference "P4") for aftersales service on these
: Carreras. So any fluted pushers on 2447 or 3647 would be
: "service" parts, produced by Heuer, but not used on
: the watch as it originally left the factory.
: Of course, the V72 Camaros and Autavias of that era also had fluted
: pushers, but they would not fit the Carreras . . . different
: sized threads, etc.
