I'm not sure about the case, but it gives a good idea of how a good 13-1 may look.

Noah only really does the PVDing, if you need restoration/case finishing for your other watch, try Craig Bergsma at http://www.chronodeco.com/.
His Heuer restoration work is superb, he has helped me out with parts in the past. A very friendly guy also. Not sure if he does PVDing, but drop him a mail & see if he can help.
