Hi Sanne
Firstly, as Stuart pointed out the crown is wrong. Not only that, the crown guards have been modified to accommodate the incorrect size crown. We often see replacement crowns on these divers but this modification is a first for me. Secondly, the second hand looks like it has been repainted white although that may just be the lighting. As to the movement, it looks correct however it has a holding screw missing in the picture. I would say the dial is correct and with the 1000 below the Heuer badge I would guess it would date to mid 1980’s i.e. later model probably with an engraved backcase. These 42mm automatic divers were made in large numbers and we see many dial variations.
If your interest is to purchase this watch I would suggest you get more pictures including a full movement shot showing replaced screw, backcase and bezel. From what I can see it would also need to be available at a very good price due to the crown guard modification.
Hope that helps
Regards
Paul
