Crazy glue is a dangerious way to put the hand back on - it can run down the post and lock up the second hand stopping the movement when engaged.
The movement has to come out of the case and the hammer held against the chrono runner heart while it is a attached and pressed on tight. It should be very tight and not easily moved while still holding the hammer on the heart. If it needs to be tightened, you can swedge the post while a reamer is installed so as to not crimp it too much. Coating the inside of the post with a LIGHT coat of locktite will help if it is not tight enough.
This is not a simple proceedure and not recommended by non watchmakers. There are SO MANY things that can go wrong you will probably end up spending more in the end to get it installed properly. Craig
