Yep, I'd go with wrong dial rather than redial as the markers are incorrect too. All the hands are wrong - the chrono hand on the 60 minute register isn't far off, but should of course be white against a black register. The brushed finish on the case looks to have been completely polished away - chances are that means the serial and reference numbers are gone too. So a parts watch if you happened to have the parts sitting around... the Tachy ring is usable at least!
