Seeing Tim's Impala reminded me of my father's similar era blue Chevy Impala convertible. I think it was a 1967. I can still remember running my fingers over the logo that boasted "409 Racing Engine." Also laughing in the back with my sister as the music blared out of the seat-back speaker with the Impala jumping across the metal grill. Nothing could have been more cool back in that day. Seems like something I dreamed or saw in a movie...
