I kinda agree. Some might not know the intricate nuances of the Heuer world. Not being aware of the effort that went into the Haslinger auction/brand , or that the one at Bonhams was probably NOS, with a box etc etc.
If I found an old silver cigarette case in the attic, googled it & one had sold at Bonhams for X amount, I may put that info my an ebay listing, not knowing that I may be upsetting people in a community dedicated to collecting cigarette cases.
