I actually contacted the sellers asking if they were new old stock or mint condition.....
The reply from one was:

Dear russkirichard,
Neither, its condition is that of a watch thats been worn over a period of time, no defects but normal surface marks on the bracelet and case from everyday wear.

So being my own awkward self I replied saying it was presumed since he quoted the bonhams sales price of Arno's example......lol
