The watch is quite rare indeed. (I have 2 NOS pieces) If it is a Tag Heuer and not a Heuer with the black PVD coating and no water or moisture damage to the dial (these dials are easily damaged), and the case is in good shape, your probably looking at $250 - 375 range. They sold new usually with the metal bracelet which should add to the value.
Unfortunatly this watch is not to popular, the black dial and SS 1000 series comands the highest prices around $300-400 for average condition.
