The only difference I can see are the main outer metal hour markers.
This 'Derek Bell' has horizontal grooves on the hour markers: http://www.vintageheuer.net/index.php?option=com_agora&task=topic&id=23&Itemid=2

Thing is, there isn't 'technically' a 'Derek Bell', as this is just an association, so it doesn't make it 'not' a Derek Bell. I've seen Viceroy's referred to as Derek Bell's.
