I am sure that "we" can do some internet research and provide a more complete answer, but the quick answer is that Turler is a Swiss retailer. Heuer made watches for Turler that were co-branded, like the Abercrombies and the Baylors.
More details later, but this is the quick answer.
And now a question -- How are you so lucky that your wife is always giving you fine watches??
