Sorry for our British friends but I think Rolls Royce would fit that title.
Not that those cars are totally ugly ( uglish though...) but they have lost some of their glamour over the years.I remember that in the 70-80ties, a Rolls was the only thing that counted if you wanted to be noted in the upper upper class. A Ferrari or a Porsche? Nice, but just not it... A Rolls! Yes, that counted.
I think that has changed in continental Europe. Who buys a Rolls nowadays? I do not know the sales figures ( Richard, you must know!), but think that they went down, together with its image.
Or am I totally egotripping now. At least that's the way I see it.
