I'd say Rolls would be an example of the reverse! Sales and brand are both up over what they were in the 80s. Back then they were trading on past glories, now the cars are halfway decent again. Will be interesting to see how the Ghost does, with more BMW content. Maybach, on the other hand, is pretty much on its last legs - sales in double figures in key markets last year and Daimler having to fend off rumours that the brand will be bought by a Chinese company.
