Market leaders in dumb phones and to an extent with some so-called 'feature' phones, they've never really been in the races with smartphones and the whole business suffered as a result. Partly due to a continued reliance on an increasingly outmoded OS (Symbian) and even now many analysts are predicting they're backing the wrong horse with WP7. Quite surprising they didn't hedge their bets with some Android phones too. Ok, I'm typing this on an iPhone but the majority of my mobiles have been Nokias, with a couple of Blackberries in the mix too but Nokia didn't really feature at all when making my upgrade decision this time around. Fine suggestion Justin.
