Hey Justin, I believe these dials are for the 40th Anniversary Monaco which was the one limited to 1000 units.
David H
: Hi All,
: came across this 'vintage' styled Monaco dial on eBay:
: Unable to find much answers, this would be the best place to turn
: to. So my questions would be:
: - is this a genuine TAG Heuer dial?
: - the '12' hour marker above the Monaco/Shield is missing it's red
: stripe (rather unusual IMO), but would this be correct?
: - as this is being sold as a damaged item, how easy would flaw on
: the dial be to mask?
: Hoping someone would have some answers - wouldn't mind making a
: 'customised' one off as I may be in possession of a re-issue
: that is in need of TLC. Any help would be appreciated!
