Heuer chronograph fake or not?

Hello, everyone,
I'm new to the forum, and fan of vintage watches.
However I have no experience with Heur chronograph watches,
so decided to ask for you advise on a watch I found recently.
Advertised as Valjoux 21 movement ...and pictures as seen, circa 1950 , diameter 33mm
