well, it's not a Heuer, it's a Zodiac, but made by Heuer for Zodiac... I'm assuming these were coined 'poormans' since the Heuer Carrera sold for $89 and these 'Carrera'-like watches produced by Heuer for other brands (Zodiac, Clebar, Hamilton, Tradition) sold for quite a bit less... some even had VJ72 movements!
