I believe you (or was it someone else?) have already mentioned in a previous post, that www.banda.com has some perforated leather straps. And they offer a nice selection of colors.

Futhermore, most band specialist shops can give any leather strap a perforated look with the right tool.
One may also consider the rubber perforated straps (with big holes) often offered on ebay. These come in various qualities and some have a rubber smell that can be unpleasant at times.

What I do not know where to find is a leather strap with big holes. You can see an Autavia with such a strap in the folloing picture (it is from a watch shop in London - don't remember who is the photographer to give him credit).
