You are correct, Stewart. The glass pinnacle you remember starts at the base with those sloped glass walls on the right. The large tubs (footprints of the twin towers) visible among the cranes will be the memorials. And then, half a dozen of other remarkable buildings are under construction at the site.
Overall an incredible effort in a gigantic construction site. Every single work item and action performed at one of the buildings is only a small component to be coordinated in the development of the entire project for the site. Something similar to a complicated watch mechanism, I would imagine...
