Just looked at his other 'Heuer' the seller has for sale, that is fake too.
Re-dial (which he half admits), but the bridges were not signed like that. In fact those up-down chronos are old, old enough to fall into a period before Ed. Heuer started signing them.
The signature is identical to the one on the watch you bought.
The case looks wrong too. I'd lodge a PayPal dispute & get your money back.
