I apologize if I came across harsh, I can really see both sides of the issue, especially since you got the replies too late.

I, as well as probably most people here, routinely report fakes to ebay and I have only seen a few pulled down, I assume by the seller and because of this forum. They seem to let anything "marked" Heuer go and IMHO Never pull down an auction Once there is money bid, i.e. ebay is going to make money.
