I'm totally with Shaun, the level of research required to conclude that is just not something that most fakers and Franken makers are going to put in. But it's for a manual watch, which is where we've seen these before. So whilst I believe the dial is genuine in your watch Arne, I think the watch as a whole has been assembled from parts I'm afraid.
Interesting to note the far eastern source. We see quite a lot of variation between regions in things like watches and consumer electronics today, perhaps this was an early attempt to meet different requirements in different areas. We know they dabbled with that, see the Modena for example, which was possibly contemporary or near contemporary with these Autavias.
