For the most part people tend to replace there leather straps with non-genuine rally straps, the originals are too rare to easily turn up. The Cal.12 Carrera has 20mm. lugs and there is a lot of choice out there on the market.
You could try ebay and find many choices OR contact Bill on billmahoney@aol.com - he runs squinky.com and is seller squinky on ebay, he has a great range at a reasonable price, nice guy to deal with too.
