Interesting Notion: The "Default" Watch / Natural Watch
In Response To: Old faithful for me ()

I like your phrase, the "natural watch" . . . the one that you wear when you don't want to wear anything specific.

Here are my current "default watches". The Sinn EZM-1 (ex-DeVos) has been my default watch for years, recording the most wrist time of all. The big 11063 Autavia has become a default watch over the summer . . . love that rubber strap!!

: Wonderful Silverstone Jeff! Especially worn with a crisp check
: red&white shirt for a cool dress-down Friday.
: I have been wearing my old faithful Heuer 510.500 for some time,
: the same one you helped me source a few years ago and lovingly
: restored by Abel last year.
: This has really grown on me, I feel like it's my 'natural' watch
: now when I don't want to wear something specific.

: And though it's actually on a bracelet now, it's ready to change to
: a very nice custom-made DeVos strap soon happily.
: Cheers,
: Fabrizio
