I have no idea about originality, but just looking at the watch I would wonder what you would be buying. The dial is poor; the hands and needles don't match; based on a blurry photo, the movement seems to be poor to average, but certainly nothing special. So while I initially was tempted by the Buy-Iy-Now price, I asked myself what I would be buying and quickly decided that this one isn't for me.
Maybe the movement and case are worth something, but from this perspective the $1000 didn't seem like a bargain.
