The Trackmaster was one of the series introduced by Heuer -- in the mid-1970s, I believe -- as an "economy model. These economy models had fewer jewels, and the quality of construction was just not the same as Heuer's main series of stopwatches. The Trackmaster Reference 8037 sold for about $42 in 1976, when most of Heuer's stopwatches were selling in the $100 range.
I do not follow the market for these closely, but they seem relatively plentiful, and they sell at relatively low prices . . . I would guess in the $50 to $100 range.
