Ouch...that's not a pleasant thing to dicover...and I just can't believe a Carrera could do this kind of crime...
Anyway, apparently you have a backup...LoL
Morgan, if the lume parts that came off are still in one piece under the crystal, just floating around...they can be brought back into the correct position. Or at least...there is a big chance that they can be brought back in the correct position. Nothing definate but realistic...
