Diffused Through Sheets of Frosted Acrylic
In Response To: Great start ()

Thanks, Rob.

I was using two remote Nikon speedlights (SB-800 and SB-900), one on each side, diffused through sheets of frosted acrylic. I am guessing that I need to either (a) get less flash / power them down, or (b) change the exposure / settings, or (c) both of the above. But they were fully diffused.

Generally, I am seeking detail / realism / accuracy, though I do miss the creative opportunities.

Thanks for the encouragement and advice.

Jeff

: You need a diffused light source. What you have now is too harsh.

: You are on the right track though, just keep clicking.
