Yes, I purchased a Skipper at Gold N Time, in May 2011.

I have not tried calling the shop since then, but here is a link to their website -- http://www.gold-n-time.com/index.php

The shop is / was on Connecticut Avenue, near Dupont Circle . . . definitely the "high rent district", and I sometimes wondered whether the shop was up to the task of managing the rent for this sort of location. It had the feel of a small local shop, and -- during my three or four visits over the past five years -- I never saw many customers in the store.
