Black bezel original to 7763?

Hi Lanny, Laurent etc.

Yesterday I wore my 7763 and I noticed that the bezel is black. Where you grip it the paint has worn of, but it is for sure a black bezel.

I have no history of the watch so don't know if it is the original bezel.
