My Best Guess: 1967 / 1968

Later in the 89xxx series, we are beginning to see the 2446C (compressor / snap-back). This tells me that the screw-back with 8907x is a late screw-back, just before the beginning of the 2446C cases. So my best guess for this one is 1967 / 1968 range.
